Digital Products

Due to the instant access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once your purchase is completed.
By buying a digital product from The Flag Persona System, you agree that your right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations ends immediately upon downloading or accessing the file.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at hello@flagpersona.com within 14 days so we can help resolve it.

Physical Products (if applicable)

If you purchase a physical item, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To request a return:

1. Email us at hello@flagpersona.com with your order number.
2. Return the item in its original condition within 14 days.
3. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
